Picasso y Cornuty. La absenta como adicción cambiosecular europea

Electricity coined the nightlife in the European capital par excellence in the late nineteenth and early twentieth century: Paris. Under the artificial reflection dandies, elegant workers, and bohemians flocked to the new playground. Painters, converted to urban chroniclers, show pictorial modernity and vitality; in the canvas of Manet, Toulouse-Lautrec, Degas or Jean Béraud we see a common element: the glass of absinthe on the table. The absinthe took sacrosanct dyes in the daily living of Parisian habitants and became an indispensable ritual to Henri Albert Cornuty, a poet who was part of the Madrid bohemian and in the gallery of disinherited that Picasso painted in blue stage. A writer and a painter that bring us to the drink-image of the intelligentsia of the time; this elixir was attributed with hypnotic, aphrodisiac and hallucinogenic powers; the myth of absinthe was part of the imaginary Paris at end of the century, an iconography that continues shaping identity in the twenty-first century

Como resultado de las campañas de prospecciones realizadas en la provincia de Huelva, se estudia el yacimiento de la Atayuela por la uniformidad tipológica y cronológica que presentan sus materiales, que indican pertenecer a la única necrópolis turdetanma hasta ahora conocida._____________________________Here is presented the results of surface research carried out at the archaeological site of "La Atalayuela". Ceramic materials from the public horizons of the castle of Ibiza, excavations of 1988-1989

Se estudian en el presente artículo los materiales cerámicos procedentes de una excavación preventiva realizada en el castillo de Ibiza entre los años 1988 y 1989. Se trata de elementos, principalmente vasculares, fechados sobre todo entre los últimos decenios del siglo V y mediados del II a.C., dejando aparte otros de época fenicia, fechados en este caso en los dos primeros tercios del siglo VI a.C. El estudio y publicación de estos complejos, algunos de ellos estratificados, tiene el interés añadido de ser el primero que se lleva a cabo en el área de la acrópolis púnica de Ibiza y este hecho permite toda una serie de precisiones cronológicas, así como observaciones de otro género resultantes de su comparación con otros yacimientos púnicos de la isla contemporáneos al Castillo de Ibiza.In this article, the ceramic materials from a preventive excavation carried out in the castle of Ibiza between the years 1988 and 1989 are studied. These are elements, vascular the majority, dated mainly between the last decades of the 5th century and the middle of the 2nd century BC., leaving aside others from the Phoenician period, in this case dated to the first two thirds of the 6th century BC. The study and publication of these complexes, some of them stratified, has the added interest of being the first to be carried out in the area of the Punic acropolis of Ibiza, and this fact allows a whole series of chronological details, as well as observations of another genre resulting from its comparison with other Punic sites on the island contemporary to the Castle of Ibiza

La cerámica pintada romana de tradición indígena en el territorio de Extremadura

Realizamos una recopilación de todas las cerámicas romanas pintadas de tradición indígena que, inéditas o no, se hayan localizado en el suelo de la actual Extremadura. El interés de este estudio radica en presentar una nueva lectura de algunas formas en clave estratigráfica, aportar ejemplos inéditos y proponer nuevos focos productivos en la zona.
